Our only meeting in November featured a guest speaker from our own club. Lion Rugy N’Gaide took us on a journey through her home country of Mauritania in northwest Africa. Her country has had a long and tumultuous political situation and many of the people there have suffered greatly. Many people do not have adequate food or medical supplies. It is Lion Rugy’s hope that she can one day help her family, friends and countrymen back home. A very eye-opening talk.
