The Tri-Village Lions are pleased to welcome two UAHS Seniors – Zane Petosa and Maddie Graham, who will be fulfilling the community service commitment for their Capstone projects by helping us to expand our outreach and communications. Zane will be working with several Lions to expand our Facebook presence. To do that, she needs to know more about who we are and what we do – and she has been learning all about us this Fall. Zane has attended TVL meetings, helped out during the White Cane Sale, joined us for the Christmas party, and joined Lion Jane Jarrow on a visitation to the Downtown Lions.
Meanwhile, Maddie Graham is concentrating on environmental issues. This spring, she will help out the Ohio State School for the Blind’s LEO club members with their planned tree planting, and will present information about energy conservation to middle school students in Upper Arlington and Grandview on our behalf. Both students will share the results of their efforts with us at an upcoming meeting.
