On behalf of the Board of Directors, members and guests special thank you to our 2009 Christmas Party Committee. The committee was chaired by Lion third Vice President Ralph Kramer with assistance from Board Member Lion Judy Tackett and Lion Carol Dilley.
Lion Tom Dolbow graciously provided a top shelf wine and beer bar and Lion Jean Davis baked all of the tasty low cal desserts. The dinner was provided by Bellisari’s “the Culinary Table”. The mouth watering menu consisted of Special Salad, Turkey Carving Station, Ham Carving Station and Scalloped Potatoes.
Once again we were entertained by the Park Avenue Barbershop Quartet but the real entertainment was provided by a WHITE ELEPHANT gift exchange. Some gifts really made their rounds such as a megaphone and a bottle of boos. It’s always a lot of fun watching adults playing with toys. Any Lion who missed this party missed out on a relaxing evening.
