The 60 members of the Tri-Village Lions are a dedicated group of local citizens working hard to raise and donate funds to a variety of causes at the local, state, and international levels. The following is a list of causes and charities our club contributes to:

- Grandview Bobcats Boosters Association
- Upper Arlington High School President’s Scholarship

- Food Baskets at Christmas (Boulevard Presbyterian Church)

- SVOSH – OSU (Student Volunteers for Optometric Service to Humanity)

- White Cane Sale
- Branch Club Bake Sale
- Spring Flower Sale
- Ice Cream Sales (during the Grandview Bobcat Boosters Annual Ox Roast)
- Sales of Entertainment Books
- Various contributions/donations from the community
